Binauro.com (“Service”) is a free, browser-based binaural beats generator and 3-D audio renderer provided by Tim Ofenbach. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. No Account, No Payment

We do not require user registration, subscriptions or payments of any kind. All features are accessible free of charge.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, its code and design are protected by copyright. You may use the generated audio files for personal or commercial projects without attribution, but you may not resell or redistribute the Service itself.

4. Acceptable Use

• • Do not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service’s source code.

5. Privacy

Audio files are processed locally in your browser. We do not upload your data to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not provide medical advice. Use binaural audio responsibly and consult a physician if you have a medical condition.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
